SUMMARY

With over 20 years experience in the computer industry, I have most recently specialized in email technologies on a global scale. My strengths include hardware and operating systems in a multi-platform computer environment including networking software disciplines from earlier versions of Novell Netware and Microsoft NT up to and including Microsoft Windows and Active Directory network architecture. Daily management and administration of small to large networks, including design consultation through implementation and all peripherals involved. World Wide Web programming, graphic manipulation and administration among various other side projects round out my experience. My assets include the interest and ability to evolve with the technology, a solid systems troubleshooter, successful customer service and training background.
